Using Your Insurance

When using insurance, a clinical diagnosis and documentation of medical necessity are required for services. If a diagnosis has not already been established, it will be determined as part of the initial evaluation and assessment process. Insurance providers may request access to portions of your clinical record to process claims and determine coverage.

By using your insurance, you authorize Mindful Communication Group to submit claims and share necessary information for billing and reimbursement.
