Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact, excels in a collaborative environment, and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to the families we support.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on assessments and client needs.
Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and other team members.
Train parents and caregivers on intervention techniques and strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field (ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field).
Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month. (Required).
Previous experience in a clinical setting (Preferred).
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
