Superbills

Superbills are provided upon request for clients to submit to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. These contain all the necessary information including service codes, costs, and provider details.

Cancellation and
No-Show Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations without sufficient notice will incur a fee, except in cases of emergency.

*Note: All necessary forms and consents for speech therapy services with are securely handled through our HIPAA-compliant EMR system, SimplePractice, and will be emailed to you through our client portal, after an initial consultation.
